Personality She hates everybody. No, really, she can't stand being around anyone. Her perfect view of the world is being completely alone, silence filling her slots. There is the time she is at peace. She can't stand it when people attempt to talk to her, she wants to just be all alone. Unfortunately for her, District Two is quite a busy place, and with her four brothers and sisters, her home is never quiet. She has come to hate her entire family, and has come to the conclusion that the only way to get away is to go into the Games.
History: Kandy lives in Two, one of the busiest districts in the entire country. There, she has the goal of getting away from everyone at the same time, away from everyone. Her family is a constant struggle of noise and constant loudness, and she has come to hate them deeply. Everything about them is has become a key part of her hatred for them.
The only way for her to become fully at peace is to become fully alone, without anybody contradicting her life in any way. She wishes she could become alone, and she has taken up training for the Games in accordance. She plans to go to the Games to win, and therefore either die and be happy, or win and escape her family.
Appearance: She is tall for a female, and having long blonde curly hair that falls to her mid-back. She has bright green eyes that could make any man swoon- but not that she exactly wanted them too- in fact, she constantly shoots down advances towards her. She wishes she was ugly and got no attention, so she wears raggedy clothing even though her parents provide greatly towards her.
